• The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's Climate Change Division is seeking applications for competitive grant projects designed to reduce directly or indirectly Delaware’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in a measurable, quantifiable and verifiable way. Proposals are due no later than 4 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010.
