Training Schedule

 

Boiler Safety conducts three types of Boiler Safety Training Seminars throughout the year.

  1. Contractor/Owner/User Training Seminars: These seminars last 3-4 hours and discuss the ASME Codes, including CSD-1, and the Delaware Rules and Regulations. These sessions are open to the general public and are normally offered in each county.
  2. CSD-1 Seminars: The division invites the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to present a seminar on the CSD-1 requirements. The general public is invited to attend this seminar.
  3. School District Seminars: The division is required to provide Boiler Safety Training Seminars to all school district maintenance personnel annually. These seminars are customized to meet the needs of each district.

The office strives to provide free training whenever possible; however, to meet the needs of seminar participants, a small fee may sometimes be required. Early registration is essential as most seminars fill quickly.
