The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) will hold a public hearing at the following time and place: DNREC Auditorium, 9:00 a.m., February 11, 2013, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901. The public hearing will be to develop a record for an adjudication on whether the Secretary of DNREC should suspend the Department's Resource Recovery Permit No. SW 09/03 issued to Mike Davidson Enterprises, LLC for the operation of the facility located at 3051 Willow Grove Road, Camden, Delaware. DNREC's Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Section seeks to suspend the permit issued to Mike Davidson Enterprises, LLC. This public notice is required by 7 Del. C. Chapter 60, but members
