Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

Indian Riverview Marina (134-4.00-4.00)-To excavate approximately 300 cubic yards of sediment to -4 feet MLW in an artificial lagoon adjacent to Indian River Bay, authorizing up to 3 events during a 5 year period, and to dispose of the excavated material in an upland disposal facility at the terminus of Indian Riverview Road in Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE

Delaware Department of Transportation (adjacent to 235-30.00-8.02)-To replace an existing 45 foot long, 5 by 6 foot-diameter concrete box culvert with a 63 foot long, 12 by 6 foot-diameter concrete box culvert and to replace a 42 foot long, 4 foot-diameter reinforced concrete pipe with a 61-foot long, 12 by 6 foot-diameter concrete box culvert by placing 2.5 cubic yards of fill and 63 cubic yards of rip-rap in Beaverdam Creek, near the intersection of Harbeson Road and Lewes Georgetown Highway in Harbeson, Sussex County, DE

Delaware Division of Fish and Wildlife (3-31-3.00-84.01)- To install a 5 by 30 foot long gangway connecting to a 5 by 20 foot long floating dock immediately adjacent to a previously authorized boat ramp in Hearns Pond, Seaford, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease, Permit, and Wetlands Application

Ezra Rickards (2-33-7.00-28.00)-To construct a 3 by 40 foot long wetland walkway, a 4 by 100 foot long pier, a 4 by 12 foot long “L” section of pier connecting to a 6 by 40 foot long dock, two (2) 6 by 26 foot long finger docks, to install four boat lifts with 4  associated pilings each, two stand-alone mooring pilings, and to construct a 12 by 26 foot long boat ramp by placing 6.7 cubic yards of fill channelward of the Mean High Water Line  in Pepper Creek at the terminus of Marina Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE

Craig Lussi (134-5.00-265.01)-To construct a 4 by 24 foot long pier and install 1 mooring piling and a boatlift with 4 associated pilings in the Indian River Bay at 29576 Second Street, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease Renewal Application

Andrew Putterman (335-8.08-14.00-B)-To renew a lease to maintain a 8 by 42 foot long pier, 8 by 40 foot long pier, an 8 by 18 foot long dock, a 2 by 10 foot long catwalk and 10 mooring pilings in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 117 B Front Street in Lewes, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
