Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

Delaware Department of Transportation (adjacent to 2000300087) To conduct rehabilitation work on bridge 501 on the Newport Viaduct (SR 141) by placing 4,776 cubic yards of rip-rap and grout bags in the Christina River near 14 Water Street in Wilmington, New Castle County, DE

Carlino Commercial Development (0902400013, 1001730001) To directional bore an 8-inch, 1,450 foot long sanitary sewer pipeline under the Christina River and State-regulated wetlands for service to a proposed subdivision near the Cavaliers Country Club at 100 Addison Drive in Newark, New Castle County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Cedar Neck Road Lot, LLC (134-5.00-489.00) To construct a 3 by 128 foot long pier, a 6 by 24 foot long dock and a boat lift with four associated piling in the Indian River Bay located at Lot 1A on Cedar Neck Road, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

Lee and Monica Machemer (134-5.00-345.00) To renew an existing lease and to repair and replace the existing 5 foot wide by 20 foot long dock in Beach Cove located at 38904 Cove Court, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
