Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:
W&D Cropper Pepper Creek Dredging (2018.0115) The W&D Cropper Family Limited Partnership has proposed to mechanically dredge 1,350 cubic yards of sediment along the bulkhead at the former Cropper Oyster House in Pepper Creek, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware (Tax Map Parcel #2-33-7.00-52.00). Dredged material will be transported by vehicle to an existing upland confined disposal area owned by the applicant off of Shell Road, Dagsboro, DE (Tax Map Parcel #2-33-11.00-90.00).
Rehoboth Shores (Nanticoke Shores) Docking Project (2018.0114) Nanticoke Shores Associates, LLC is proposing the construction of a 4 ft. x 75ft. elevated walkway over tidal wetlands; 6 ft. x 67 ft. pier; 8 ft. x 24 ft. fixed dock, two free-standing pilings, and a 6 ft. x 12 ft. floating kayak dock adjacent to Wilson Creek, a tributary of Rehoboth Bay, at the Rehoboth Shores campground, Long Neck, Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware (TP #2-34-24.00-35.00).
