DNREC – DELAWARE COASTAL PROGRAMS

PUBLIC NOTICE

Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

ESNG Laurel South M&R Transmission Pipeline Project (2019.0020)                                                                                                                                        Eastern Shore Natural Gas is proposing to construct and operate approximately 2,000 linear feet of new 3 inch diameter buried natural gas pipeline and associated infrastructure parallel to Trussum Pond Road, east of Sussex Highway, Laurel, Delaware.

Dewey Beach Enterprises Public Baywalk and Pier (2019.0021)                                                                                                                                        Dewey Beach Enterprises is proposing to construct a 415 ft. x 16 ft. public baywalk and a 40 ft. x 8 ft. public fishing/crabbing pier adjacent to the Rehoboth Bay between Dickinson and Van Dyke Avenues, Dewey Beach, Delaware.

Comments concerning these Federal Consistency Certifications will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice (12/02/2018).  Comments may be sent to:  Delaware Coastal Programs, Ms. Kimberly Cole, Administrator, 100 W.
