Subaqueous Lands Marina Permit Application

Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation [Tax Parcel# 2200900156 (marina and final disposal location); Tax Parcel# 1202800011 (temporary disposal location)]  To construct and operate the new up to 117 wet slip and 46 dry slip Fort DuPont Marina by excavating 75,000 cubic yards of material to create two basin areas out of uplands and by installing 1,602 linear feet of bulkhead and 183 linear feet of riprap revetment and to dry the wet excavated material at the Reedy Point confined disposal facility located at Tax Parcel# 1202800011 and transfer the dry excavated material to be reused on the uplands of the Marina site.  The docking facility structures in total include forty (40) 3 foot wide by 75 foot long finger piers, seven (7) 5 foot wide by 15 foot long finger piers, two (2) 6 foot wide by 12 foot long floating docks, five (5) 8 foot wide by 69 foot long floating docks, an 8 foot wide by 38 foot long floating wave attenuation dock, two (2) 10 foot wide by 627 foot long floating wave attenuation docks, a lift well, seven (7) 6 foot wide by 83 foot long gangways and forty-nine (49) 2 piling dolphins located in excavated uplands adjacent to the Delaware City Branch of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal located northeast of Wingate Road, Delaware City, New Castle County, DE
