PROPOSED PLAN OF REMEDIAL ACTION FOR THE 307 RIDGE ROAD SITE (DE 1580)
The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean up the 307 Ridge Road Site located in Claymont, DE. The Site was historically operated as a retail gasoline station for an undermined period of time. For the past 10 years the Site was operated as "Farina's Discount Auto" conducting tire, break and oil change services. The Site was given a No Further Action designation (NFA) in December 1995 by TMS for the removal of underground storage tanks. Currently the Site is being redeveloped into office space and storage.
Details of the Proposed Plan are available at the office of DNREC-SIRS (391 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE, 19720), or online at http://nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
The comment period ends on February 12, 2019. For additional information, please contact John Costa, Project Manager at (302)395-2600 or John.Costa@state.de.us
