LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) will conduct a public hearing on proposed revisions to Delaware air regulations.  The hearing will address:

Amendments to 7 DE Admin. Code 1140 to update to the adoption by reference of California’s Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) III and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) standards. 

The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 beginning at 6:00 PM at the DNREC Auditorium, located at the Richardson & Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE. 

The proposed revisions are available for public review at the Department’s offices at 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle, DE and 100 West Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, DE. They also will be available in the February 1, 2019 edition of the Delaware Register of Regulations at http://regulations.delaware.gov/services/register.shtml. Please contact Ajo Rabemiarisoa at (302) 739-9402 to make an appointment to inspect the proposed amendments.

Statements and testimony may be presented either orally or in writing at the public hearing. If you are unable to attend or wish to submit your comments in advance of the public hearing, please send your comments to the address below. Interested parties also may submit written comments to the Department, to the same address below, up until the end of the comment period, which will extend through March 8, 2019, unless a longer comment period is designated by the hearing officer at the public hearing.
