Commonwealth Computer Recycling, LLC d/b/a CyberCrunch
Recycling Permit Application
Notice is hereby given by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that Commonwealth Computer Recycling, LLC d/b/a CyberCrunch has applied for a recycling permit to provide mobile secure hard drive and media tape destruction services at client locations throughout Delaware from its fleet of vehicles equipped with appropriate shredding equipment. CyberCrunch proposes to process a maximum of 3,000 pounds of hard drives and media tapes per day.
The application and associated documents are available for review during business hours at DNREC’s Solid & Hazardous Waste Management Section office at 89 Kings Highway in Dover and at DNREC’s Division of Waste & Hazardous Substances office at 391 Lukens Drive in New Castle. The application is also available online at http://www.dnrec.delaware.gov/dwhs/SHWMB/Pages/SolidWasteFacilities.aspx
A public hearing on the above permit renewal will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a meritorious request for such a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, ending February 13, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing. It must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the activity’s probable impact.
