Wastewater Facilities Construction Permit Application

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water Resources, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

The Town of Middletown to modify/expand the Town’s wastewater conveyance facilities by constructing 3,300 linear feet of force main along Green Giant Road and 4,600 linear feet of force main along Levels Road, Appoquinimink Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before November 12, 2009. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
