PUBLIC NOTICE

Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Federally approved Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:  Silver Residence Pier and Dock  -
The applicant proposes to construct a private pier and floating dock on Lot 1, Bay Vista Island, in Rehoboth Bay, Lewes-Rehoboth Hundred, Sussex County, DE.   The structure includes a 100' long, 4' to 6' wide timber pier extending 90' channelward of MHW, with a 4' by 30' aluminum ramp at the terminus accessing an 8' by 24' floating dock.  The structure will be used for private recreational purposes.  The project as proposed will not impact wetlands or submerged aquatic vegetation.
