Shawn’s Hideway (Tax Parcel # 2-34-17-166) To replace an existing 4 foot by 54 foot pier, a 4 foot by 108 foot pier, two 4 foot by 120 foot piers, a 4 foot by 162 foot long dock, and 63 piling, remove an 11 foot by 24 foot dock, and construct thirty 2 foot by 20 foot catwalks and a 4 foot by 20 foot dock, in Hopkins Prong, at 24373 Blue Blvd. Shawn’ Park LLC, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE. 3.
