Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to Meet April 15 in Dover 

            The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 15 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.

            The agenda will include the following items:

• Introduction of new council member Paul “Wes” Townsend
• Discussion on fishing license reciprocity with Maryland                                  
• Update on joint New Jersey-Delaware black drum regulations
• Update on fish pot/artificial reef issue
• Update on flounder and black sea bass regulatory process
• Upcoming regulatory hearings for sharks and spiny dogfish
