Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to Meet June 18 in Dover 

            The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 18 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.

            The agenda will include the following items:

• Prospects for a black drum management plan and research status
  
• Consideration of striped bass commercial catch reporting going online
                        
• Update on status of new Lewes boat ramp, status of funding for repairs to Cape Henlopen fishing pier
  
• Summary of results of striped bass spawning ground monitoring in 2008
  
• Brief update on status of striped bass slot limit proposal
  
• Agenda for next meeting Sept. 17
