Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to Meet June 18 in Dover
The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 18 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.
The agenda will include the following items:
- Prospects for a black drum management plan and research status
- Consideration of striped bass commercial catch reporting going online
- Update on status of new Lewes boat ramp, status of funding for repairs to Cape Henlopen fishing pier
- Summary of results of striped bass spawning ground monitoring in 2008
- Brief update on status of striped bass slot limit proposal
- Agenda for next meeting Sept. 17
