Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to Meet Oct. 15 in Dover 

            The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.

            The agenda will include the following items:

• Subcommittee report on reef sites 3 and 4 conflict resolution 
                                    
• Update on initiatives regarding reef special management zones in ocean
  
  
• Update on flounder stock assessment and regulatory outlook for 2009
  
  
• Changes in tautog regulations in 2009
  
  
• Proposed changes to river herring plan and summary of recent legislative and regulatory outlook for 2009
  
  
• Update on repairs to Augustine boat ramp, Faulkner’s Pier in Bowers Beach
