Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to meet April 21 in Dover 

The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 21 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.

            The agenda will include the following items:

• Black drum regulations
• Summer flounder hearing results and regulations                                   
• Black sea bass regulations development
• Regulatory authority over artificial reef sites in Delaware waters
• New fishing guide for 2010
• Incorporating F.I.N. registration with fishing license sales
