Cape Henlopen State Park offers family programs in December
(LEWES (Dec. 9) The staff at Cape Henlopen State Park invites families to visit the park this month for fun, informative and exciting programs. Many family programs are offered free of charge, making them a bargain for the whole family. Programs feature nature study outdoors as well as stories and crafts in the Seaside Nature Center.
Cape Henlopen State Park also features hiking trails and birding hot spots, and the Friends of Cape Henlopen generously provide free bike loans for those who would like to ride the trails through the park. In some cases, space for programs is limited; reservations may be made by calling the Seaside Nature Center at 302-645-6852.
