Claymont man charged with illegal crabbing

Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Sept. 1 arrested a Claymont man after observing him illegally tending commercial crab pots.

Donald P. Grier, age 55, of 3004 Court Street, Claymont, was arrested and charged with four counts of tending commercial crab pots that belonged to another crabber.

Grier was released, pending a Jan. 21, 2010 trial in Justice of the Peace Court 11 in New Castle.
