Commercial Waterman Charged with Oyster Violations

Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Dec. 9 arrested a commercial waterman for multiple violations.

“Delaware’s oyster resource is very fragile and must be protected. Enforcement of oyster regulations is something we take very seriously,” said Sgt. Gregory Rhodes of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement.
