DNREC Division of Energy and Climate sponsors screening of film, ‘Revenge of the Electric Car,’ on Dec. 6 at UD’s Trabant Theatre
NEWARK (Nov. 28, 2012) – DNREC’s Division of Energy and Climate, the Delaware Clean Cities Program, and the University of Delaware Center for Carbon-Free Power Integration are sponsoring a free screening of the film, “Revenge of the Electric Car,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 at the University of Delaware’s Trabant Theatre on West Main Street in Newark.
In this film from the director of “Who Killed the Electric Car?”, Chris Paine takes his film crew behind the closed doors of Nissan, GM and the Silicon Valley start-up Tesla Motors to chronicle the story of the global resurgence of electric cars as America’s transportation future.
Parking is available in the adjacent Trabant University Center parking garage located at the intersection of West Main Street and Orchard Road, with the entrance off Main Street.
