Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to meet on Dec. 19

DOVER (Dec. 14, 2012) – The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

·    Clean Water Advisory Council Updates: Bridgeville and Greenwood Wastewater User Charge Agreement; City of Rehoboth Beach – Environmental Impact Statement Outfall Disposal Update; City of Wilmington – Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF) financing for Renewable Energy Biosolids Facility Project; CWSRF and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) EPA Operating Agreement Update; Proposed Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) Legislative Changes; CWSRF/DWSRF Public Workshop
