Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to meet on Nov. 16

DOVER (Nov. 7, 2011) – The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.
