Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to Meet April 22

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 22 in Conference Room 220 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 Bay Road, Dover.

First on the agenda will be a public hearing with time for comments on the FY2010 Project Priority List and the 2009 Intended Use Plan, and the Green Project Reserve Overview, ranking criteria and selected projects.

The Council’s regular meeting agenda, which will follow the public hearing, includes the following items:

·         Welcome new CWAC chair and council members

·         Subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water management, public outreach and finance

·         Community water quality improvement grants

·         Short-term planning and design loans

·         Wastewater facility planning matching grants

·         City of Harrington project assistance request

The agenda will also include a public comment period.
