Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to Meet June 24
The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 24 in Conference Room 220 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 Bay Road, Dover.
The Council’s agenda includes the following items:
· Presentation on rapid infiltration basins
· Subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water management and finance
· Report from the Forest Land Conservation Subcommittee
· Wastewater planning grants proposal
· Proposed draft wastewater reassessment scope of work
· Consideration of three Sussex County projects: sewer district requests from Oak Orchard and Woodlands of Millsboro; and Inland Bays Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion request
The agenda will also include a public comment period.
