Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to Meet Nov. 17

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17 at The Outlook at Duncan Center, 500 West Loockerman Street, Dover. 

The agenda includes the following items:

·         Project status update - Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)

·         Draft Governor’s CWSRF and stormwater transition document

·         Sussex level of service final report

·         Kent level of service status

·         New Castle County stormwater utility planning project Status

·         2008 Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) annual report overview, audit report and findings, cash flow model, and project loan application solicitation

·         Proposed changes to septic extended funding options (SEFO)

·         Rehoboth Beach outfall project update

·         EPA 2009 Delaware Capitalization Grant award

·         Next year’s proposed CWAC meeting dates

The agenda will also include subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water management, public outreach and finance, and a public comment period.
