Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to Meet Sept. 16

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16 in Conference Room 400A at Delaware Technical and Community College, Terry Campus, 100 Campus Drive, Dover.

The Council’s agenda includes the following items:

·         Subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water management, loan applications and finance

·         Community water quality improvement grants

·         Wastewater facility planning matching grants

·         Short-term planning and design loans

·         Proposed reassessment of wastewater treatment plants

·         Town of Georgetown municipal sewer project request

·         Six municipal sewer project requests from New Castle County

The agenda will also include a public comment period.
