Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to hold meeting on June 16

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 16 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

The agenda includes:

• Clean Water Advisory Council updates

• Administrators’ reports on: Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) project status update; CWSRF  financial reports; CWSRF loan applications received; CWSRF cash flow model; statewide wastewater facilities assessment project update; new CWSRF Project Priority List (PPL) criteria development.

• Surface water administrator reports

• Subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water, public outreach, forestland conservation, and finance

• FY 2011 non-federal administrative account use

• Wastewater matching planning grant requests

• Planning and design loan requests

• Increase funding limit request for septic rehabilitation program loans

• Watershed implementation plan for the Chesapeake Bay TMDL

• Public comment
