Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to hold public hearing followed by a council meeting on Dec. 15

DOVER (Dec. 2, 2010) – The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a public hearing, following by a council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

Public Hearing:

• Overview of the Revised FY 2010 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan; individuals requesting to speak; public record to remain open until Jan. 15, 2011

Council Meeting Agenda:

• Clean Water Advisory Council updates: 2011 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Notice-of-Intent Workshops; FY 2011 Non-Federal Administrative Account Budget Spending Use approval; City of Rehoboth Beach – EIS Wastewater Outfall Disposal Update; Wastewater and Stormwater Matching Grants proposals
   
• Administrators’ reports on: CWSRF project status update; CWSRF financial reports; CWSRF cash flow model
