Clean Water Advisory Council to hold public hearing April 28 on Delaware
Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund followed by council meeting

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a public hearing on the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund followed by a Council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 28 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

The agenda includes:

Public Hearing:

• Overview of the 2010 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan for municipal wastewater and green project reserve project requests

• Public comments received and proposed changes

• Motion and vote to approve

Council Meeting:

• Clean Water Advisory Council Updates

• Administrator’s report on surface water

• Subcommittee reports on wastewater, surface water, public outreach, forestland conservation, and finance

• Overview of Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan application processing

• Private wastewater utilities – helping Delaware achieve water quality goals through collaboration

• Public comment
