Clean Water Advisory Council to hold public hearing on March 10 on Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund followed by Council meeting

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will hold a public hearing on the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund followed by a Council meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 10 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 South Bay Road, Dover.

The agenda includes the following items:

Public Hearing

• Overview of the 2010 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan for municipal wastewater and Green Project Reserve projects

• Public comments

The 2010 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan will be available at the public hearing. Written comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., April 10 to Terry.Deputy@state.de.us or by mail to DNREC, Financial Assistance Branch, 5 East Reed Street, Suite 200, Dover, DE 19901; Attn: Terry Deputy.

-Statewide wastewater assessment project
-Identifying potential sites for slow rate land application of wastewater project
