Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to hold public hearing on May 18

DOVER, Del. (April 29, 2011) – The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council will hold a public hearing on the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 18 at the Kent County Administrative Complex, Room 220, 555 South Bay Road in Dover.

The agenda includes:

• Overview of the 2011 Project Priority List and Intended Use Plan for municipal wastewater and green project reserve project requests
  
  
• Clean Water Advisory Council comments
  
  
• Public comments

The public record will remain open until June 18, 2011.
