           Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council to meet August 19

The Delaware Clean Water Advisory Council (CWAC) will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19 in Room 400A at the Delaware Technical and Community College, Terry Campus, Dover.
