Division of Fish & Wildlife to hold Sept. 22 public hearing on proposed regulation for reporting harvest of gray foxes and other wildlife
DOVER (Sept. 18, 2015) – DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife will hold a public hearing on proposed state wildlife regulation changes, including the required reporting of harvested gray foxes. The hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22 in the DNREC Auditorium, Richardson & Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
Prompted by a recent change in state law, the proposed regulation specifies reporting requirements for harvested gray foxes. Other proposed regulation changes are for clarifying and ensuring consistency in reporting requirements for harvested gray foxes, coyotes and nutria.
