Dover man arrested on drug charges 

WOODLAND BEACH (March 18, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on March 17 arrested a Dover man on drug and alcohol-related charges in the Woodland Beach Wildlife Area.

Tony Mozick, age 19, of Dover, was arrested and charged with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, underage possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle off of established roadways. Drug paraphernalia and alcohol were confiscated as evidence. Mozick was issued a summons to appear in Justice of the Peace Court No. 7 in Dover.
