Dover men arrested on dumping charges
PORT MAHON (March 29, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on March 22 arrested two Dover men on dumping charges at the Division’s boat ramp at Port Mahon, east of Dover.
Wayne J. Elmore, age 49, and Tony A. Cunningham, age 41, both of Dover, were arrested and charged with dumping. They were fined and ordered to pick up the trash.
