Dover residents arrested on drug charges at Port Mahon
PORT MAHON (March 4, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on March 4 arrested two Dover residents on drug charges at the boat ramp in Port Mahon.
James M. Pitts, age 22, and Taylor A. Yates, age 18, both of Dover, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully dealing with a child. Pitts was also charged with obstructing access to a state-owned public boat ramp. Both were issued summonses to appear in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.
