Felton man arrested for felony weapons violations
MIDDLETOWN (Oct. 16, 2013) – On Oct. 12, DNREC Natural Resources Police, Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Agents arrested a Felton man who allegedly fired a pistol at a sign out the window of a vehicle from a roadway.
Joshua M. James, 25, of Felton, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon (felony), first degree reckless endangering (felony), DUI, and stopping/standing/parking on a roadway. James was arraigned via video in Justice of the Peace Court 11 in New Castle, and released on $17,000 unsecured bond, with conditions including a curfew and surrender of all weapons, pending trial at a later date.
