arrest Salisbury man on drug-related charges
SEAFORD (Aug. 27, 2012) – DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Enforcement agents arrested a Salisbury man on Aug. 22 on drug-related charges at DNREC’s Phillips Landing boat ramp in the Nanticoke Wildlife Area near Seaford.
Otis Jones, 24, of Salisbury, Md., was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child, and trespassing after hours in a state wildlife area. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 3 in Georgetown, where he pled not guilty. Jones was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown pending trial after failing to post $7,784 secured bail.
