Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Makes Four Arrests
for Lewdness in C&D Canal Wildlife Area
Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Agents on routine patrol in the C&D Canal State Wildlife Area made four arrests for lewdness this week.
On March 21, James M. Haley, age 67, of 6 Glenwood Drive, Earleville, Md., and James Daubert, age 52, of 800 South Scott Street, Middletown, were each arrested, charged with lewdness and issued a summons for a mandatory court appearance.
On March 25, two more arrests were made. Michael E. Massado, age 49, of 14 Jay Drive, Chelsea Estates, New Castle, was arrested and charged with possession of a narcotic within 300 feet of a state wildlife area, possession of drug paraphernalia and lewdness and loitering for the purpose of sexual activity. He was arraigned and released on unsecured bond.
David C. Woodie, age 40, of 1317 Oak Way Avenue, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, also was arrested March 25 and charged with lewdness and loitering for the purpose of sexual activity. Woodie also was found to have three outstanding traffic warrants and was taken to Justice of the Peace Court No. 11 in New Castle. He was released on unsecured bond.
