Fish and Wildlife Officers Arrest Four Suspects
for Dumping Tires on Wetlands Area East of Dover

On Monday, April 28, Kent County Fish and Wildlife Enforcement officers spotted a vehicle pulled off the shoulder of Lewis Drive east of Dover near a wetlands mitigation site and observed several tires in the back of the vehicle and tires on the ground near the vehicle.

The vehicle left the area as the Enforcement vehicle approached. As the vehicle passed, officers observed that the tires were no longer in the back of the vehicle and a larger pile of tires were on the ground where the vehicle had been parked.

Four vehicle occupants were arrested and charged with littering, dumping solid waste and conspiracy: Peggy Vilone, age 21, of Camden; Bradley Stratton, age 18, of Dover; Jacob Ramano, age 21, of Dover and a juvenile whose name is not being released due to age. A court date has been set at Justice of the Peace Court No. 7 in Dover.
