Five arrested on Dec. 8 at Woodland Beach Wildlife Area

DOVER (Dec. 13, 2010) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Dec. 8 made five arrests on drug and trespass charges at Woodland Beach Wildlife Area.

Jacob A. Power, age 19, of Marydel, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass after hours. Daniel J. Wolf, age 20, of Smyrna was arrested and charged with trespass after hours. James E. Archie, age 21, of Smyrna, was arrested and charged with trespass after hours. All three were released pending trial at a later date in the Court of Common Pleas.

In addition, a Dover juvenile was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Marydel juvenile was arrested and charged with trespass after hours. Both were released to their parents pending trial in Family Court.
