 Hearing Set for June 19 on Dorothy’s LLC Application for Subaqueous Lands Permit for Auburn Hills Subdivision near Frederica

DNREC’s Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section will hold a public hearing beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 19 on Dorothy’s LLC application for a subaqueous lands permit for the Auburn Hills Subdivision, north of Barratts Chapel Road near Frederica. The hearing will be held at DNREC’s Richardson and Robbins Building auditorium, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.

 The purpose of the hearing is to solicit views on the application permit to construct a road crossing using a 30 inch diameter, 80 foot long culvert pipe, 10 cubic yards of fill material and 60 square feet of rip-rap at the outfall; place 4 utility lines; and regrade 45 linear feet of a stream bank in a tributary to Double Run at the Auburn Hills Subdivision.

 The application and supporting documents can be inspected by DNREC, Division of Water Resources, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, 89 Kings Highway, Dover between 8:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 Comments may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing or submitted in writing prior to the hearing. Comments should be sent to:
