Killens Pond Throws Annual Spring Fling

FELTON (April 14, 2011) - Killens Pond State Park will again host its annual Spring Fling on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  This family-friendly program will feature hayrides, a magician, food, arts and craft vendors, a moon bounce, and petting zoo.  While at the park, families can also enjoy a visit to the new Killens Pond Nature Center featuring interactive learning and live animal exhibits. 

A program fee of $2 includes all activities.  Park entry fees are also in effect.  The Spring Fling is held in the park’s campground off of Paradise Alley Road in Felton.  Directions and information about attendance or vendor opportunities are available by calling 302-284-4299.
