Marydel man charged with multiple hunting violations
DOVER (Nov. 17, 2010) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Nov. 9 arrested a Marydel man for numerous violations of deer hunting regulations.
Joel E. Marousek, age 46, of 4542 Mahan Circle Road, Marydel, was arrested and charged with two counts of failing to tag antlerless deer, two counts of failing to register antlerless deer, three counts of failing to tag antlered deer, two counts of possession of illegally taken antlered deer, one count of failing to register antlered deer, two counts of butchering antlered deer prior to registration, one count of hunting antlered deer during archery season with weapon other than bow and arrow, and one count of license forgery/misrepresentation. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court No. 3 in Georgetown and released on $9,450 unsecured bond, with a trial pending in the Court of Common Pleas.
