                                                 Meeting Set for Feb. 9 on Proposed Revisions
                                                      to Sediment and Stormwater Regulations

The Sediment and Stormwater Program Regulatory Advisory Committee will hold a meeting 9 a.m. to noon, Monday, Feb. 9 on the draft of proposed revisions to Delaware’s Sediment and Stormwater Regulations. The meeting will be held at the DelDOT Administration building, Felton-Farmington Conference Room, 800 Bay Road in Dover.

The proposed revisions establish new standards for erosion, sediment and stormwater practices management for construction activities. The revisions were developed to reduce erosion and stormwater runoff on land and into waterways and include recommendations made to Governor Minner by the Task Force on Surface Water Management.
