Milford Man Charged With OUI on Rehoboth Bay

            Sussex County Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Agents conducting routine safety boardings the evening of July 11 on Rehoboth Bay arrested a Milford man on charges of operating under the influence.

            After detecting suspected alcohol on the man’s breath, agents administered field tests. Fletcher D. Kenton, age 26, of 200 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, was arrested and charged with operating a vessel under the influence and a personal flotation violation for not carrying enough life jackets for all persons on board the vessel.

Kenton was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 7 in Lewes for processing and released, pending a mandatory court appearance on July 25.
