Milford man arrested on drug charges near New Castle

NEW CASTLE (Feb. 25, 2011) – DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Feb. 17 arrested a Milford man on drug charges in the C&D Canal Wildlife Area near New Castle.

Charles E. Bass, age 29, of Milford, was arrested and charged with one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A smoking pipe and marijuana were seized as evidence. Bass was issued a summons to appear in the Court of Common Pleas.
