Milton man dies of natural causes while jet skiing near Lewes

LOVE CREEK (July 11, 2011) – A 64-year-old Milton man who fell off a jet ski in Love Creek near Mulberry Knoll suffered an apparent heart attack on Sunday afternoon, July 10, Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents reported. Harold L. Smith was pronounced dead after being taken to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.

The DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Section serves as the lead investigating agency on boating accidents and incidents in Delaware, which consistently has one of the lowest boating accident rates in the country.
